Regarding accusations of "cynicism" and "focusing on the negative"

I was reading a "psychological profile" of Incels on CuckTears and an accusation that I saw in the comments section, beyond the accusation of body dysmorphia, is us "focusing on biology" and "not having faith in humanity". 

What does it even mean?
