Redpill knowledge is based on studies of men that are successful with women. They presume the reason these men are successful with women is that they act a certain way.

"Be confident". True, confident men are more appealing than insecure men, but what made the successful men confident to begin with? They became confident because of positive reinforcement based on their good looks.

"Don't be needy." Alpha males (as they call it) are not needy, indeed. But why are they not needy? Because they have a lot of women after them. In other words, they have options. This is possible because they are tall, athletic, and handsome. Tell an ugly, short, and fat guy to be less needy when he has essentially no option.

"Play abundance game." To hold a woman's interest, pretend to have a lot of options, more candidates than her. Alright. What they don't tell you, however, is that you don't have to pretend anything if you're handsome, tall, and fit. True Alpha males (Chads) don't need to pretend they have options; they REALLY have options.

"Take your time to message her." Another behavior that is taught by redpillers. Alright, so again you should pretend to be something that you're not so as to lure more women in. Do you know who actually has a social life and doesn't need to constantly message women like emotionally dependent cucks? CHADS, BECAUSE THEY ARE PHYSICALLY APPEALING, which is not your case.

The problem with "acting" confident (or even dark triad) and showing off abundance is that you need the looks to back it up. Non-chad men acting like they are a chads are made fun of, rejected even more, suffer bullying, get called out on it and other many things.
