I live in and mostly grew up in the south so I think I can offer an honest perspective here. Truth is most redneck chads are pretty much just regular chads pretending to be rednecks. They come from rich families, are in University and drive new daddy-bought $50,000 lifted trucks. Their understanding of "redneck life" actually just comes entirely from pop-country/bro-country written by rich NYC Jews who base it all off stereotypes as is. Yet all the redneck/white trash stacies want them. Anyhow I also call them douchenecks.
