Discussion red pill clarification?

discussion on what entails the red pill here? some brief points i have:

- working your way up to becoming an "alpha male"
- entails thug maxxing, even at the lightest form of it (being dominant in social situations)
- possibly gym maxxing in order to look more intimidating
- doing everything which entails being a "real man" according to normies (fighting, joining police/military, being extroverted, low inhib, etc)
