gained 1cm in length erected just this year and i started using the extender more intensely , i would recommend you to immediately buy the phanger or this type because intensity is all that matters just focus on weight , since you're beginning go light and then increase the weight slowly over time saw on forums that hanging is the most intense and gives the quickest and best results and i believe it , tried it with 8kg and we will see if results will be there but i think they will i feel it in my cock. pumps don't give permanent results but this one does.
