Now I don't actually own the game, but I watch a lot of videos. Your character can gain weight or lose weight. But what if he can starve to death? Or, what if he can get so overweight that he just lies down in a cabin on a bed? Imagine having a 600 pound cowboy with diabetes lying on a late 19th century bed. Hah!
