A lot. The surgeon is from Beverly Hills named Ray Taban. So he is one of the more expensive ones. I think this one costs $10k. His work is excellent though. Ever since I came across his before afters I realized how much eye area can improve your looks.

NCT can be fixed with almond eye surgery. The extent to which it can be improved depends on your starting point.
Even though the results look amazing, they're not perfect. It looks a bit asymmetric to me, I think his left eye looks better.
NCT is caused by a lack of bone support. Even if they do the surgery it would just revert back to its original subhuman state
That depends on the pic and his head posture. You can see that the left eyebrow is also lower than the right one. SO thinks his head is a bit tilted. Moreover irl in motion it would be even less noticeable if it really is.
It would take a loong time to relapse to that state. May be when you get old. They overcorrect keeping relapse in mind.
