"There are worse fates than mine. Had the stars aligned itself just a little bit differently, I'd be some factory worker in Bangladesh, working twelve hours a day to earn half a dollar to help feed my family. Or I could be orphan in Syria, who lost his parents and his home to the civil war and has to relocate on a perilous journey.

Meanwhile, I live in a first-world country, in one of the safest cities in the world. I have a University education that I've achieved without incurring any debt, and a degree that will guarantee that I earn a decent living. I have enough disposable income to not only pursue hobbies I enjoy, but also to spend on drugs. I have enough free time to spend on video games, tripping on acid and watch endless YouTube videos. Even if I lose the income and time, I'll be able to earn a decent living and get extra income from government aid, and still have free time over the weekends, unlike many others.

I'm in good shape, born without any deformities or physical handicaps. I have no predisposition to cancer. The only price I have to pay for this is that I'm 5'5" in a country where the average male is 5'10". And even that only affects me by making me less sexually attractive. Sure I'll lose some great women, but I also filter out the vapid women who only want to date a tall man to show off to her girl friends and socially elevate herself.

I don't even need to be in a relationship anyways. I have a loving family with no major family issues, and friends that support me."
