Here's a picture of me half a year ago, at 5'5", 135 lbs:

This is natural and nine months after I started hitting the gym regularly.

If I were taller and had my current proportions, I'd be a 6 ft, 200 lbs guy which will amog most guys around, but alas, tfw manlet so even a lanky dude looks more alpha then I do.

Here's a picture of me six months ago, deadlifting what was my max at the time, 375 lbs, at 135 lbs bodyweight:

I do this for reps nowadays. The only dudes I see handling these kinds of weights are either trained powerlifters or guys who are 200 lbs (and therefore weigh at least 70 lbs heavier than I do).

It was actually very fitting that this image was captured when your average tall chad was standing right beside me. Now be honest, who are women really going to swoon over?

The dude dwarfs me just based on height and frame alone. as a small-framed manlet, that's what I have to put up with everyday. No amount of muscle mass, no amount of strength is going to make me more masculine than other men.

And no, lifting hasn't helped me get a girlfriend or a girl attracted to me. Really think about it; is a girl really going to care about some muscular midget that lifts weights? No.

So if you're going to hit the gym regularly, do it only for yourself, not for others.

But no, it's usually very clear that I lift when I wear a good, fitting shirt, because you'll see outlines of my chest and shoulders. but really, it's irrelevant, because I'm still the same size as your average woman.
 
You really need to start doing some bicepscurl. I assume you barely do any accessory work and focus on getting stronger at deadlifts, squats and bench press, which is a huge mistake if you actually want to get big. Biceps curls, triceps extensions. lateral raises, bent over raises, cable crossovers (after benching), etc, that's how you get an impressive physique.

That's what's sad about being a natty. Everyone is able to tell that I lift even while waring a baggy sweater. When you roid, the most important muscles for looking like you lift develop fast, shoulders, traps, upper chest and lats, if you have those well developed, you'll always look like you lift. As a natty those muscle groups develop slow as fuck.

I kinda strayed from bodybuilding a lot, since I realized that bodybuilding won't make me more attractive to women. I decided that if I was going to hit the gym, I might as well become stronger instead, so I stuck with powerlifting.

Getting a nice physique will definitely make you more attractive to women, as long as you don't have a complete ass for a face. Girls don't care if you can deadlift 500lbs, they would rather see a guy with some nice guns.

Well problem number two is that I don't have a decent face either and I'm ethnic, so it's a really uphill battle.

I can totally believe it since nobody on my college campus looks like they lift unless they're wearing a tank.

This seriously makes me wish I didn't have MPB in my family lol. I REALLY wanna take gear but I'm too paranoid about losing hair.

I just take finasteride with it, but you're too young to use that. You could try to get a hold of some ru58841, that should allow you to roid and not lose hair. However, you need to build a bigger base of muscles before attempting to roid. You're just going to hurt yourself if you take some dbol and your bench press goes from 60kg x 10 to 90kg x 5 in 2-3 weeks.

At the gym today, one of the females who work there had me help her drag out a washing machine so she could clean behind it. She said something on the lines of "it shouldn't be too hard for someone as muscular as you." That's kind of what sucks about having muscles, women will call for your help with nothing in return.

And when you say I'll hurt myself do you mean I'll literally get injured or I'll hurt myself emotionally because I'll still be weak? Either way I probably will just wait until I'm at least 23 to take gear because I can take finasteride and I'll (hopefully) be near my natty limit by that point.

You'll get hurt because your strength will explode much faster than what your tendons and ligaments will be able to keep up with. If you have a good base of muscle and strength, you won't see as retarded of a strength boost and you'll also have stronger tendons from lifting as a natty for a while. Natty limit is a meme, no need to wait that long.

Do you know how awkward it would be if I said "no", having to walk into that gym every day with her at the front desk. Yeah, no. I couldn't have turned her down. It's not like I would have turned down her request anyway, I don't mind helping out when people ask for help. It wasn't like she asked me for an hour of her time, it basically took like 30 seconds.

Oh lol. I don't get along well with the women at the front desk. Never did since I entered, because they laughed at me in the beginning.

When other guys started to take note of my strength, some of them started becoming a bit nicer, but I never forgot how they first treated me.

Makes sense, squatting lmao1pl8 already hurts my joints a bit, I'd probably die if I was doing real weight.

What's your weight? Curling 135 is pretty impressive. I only curl 55s for reps.

6'2, 210lbs. Well, I did some 60lbs (28kg) db curls today, so it's almost your weight, but I could get it with less reps. Just started cutting, so will see if I can keep the same strength, so far I even increased on some exercises in a caloric deficit.

Back in the Spring during Ramadan, I had no choice but to cut (I was 140 lbs at the time), but for the most part I gained strength during that time. I went down to 130 lbs by the end of Ramadan, but when I gained 10 lbs again I still got some PRs.

Me or just any coping gymcel? 500mg test and 750mg eq. Just started cutting, so will decrease to 300mg test only when I've gotten my body used to dieting and add some anavar towards the end of the cut.
 
Why not stay 500 test? Also isnt eq good for cutting to keep gainz?

The EQ kind of fucked a tiny bit with my hairline I think, that's why I am stopping it. I love the pump and endurance it gives me, but not worth losing my hair over.

I've already been on 500mg test for 4 months, I would like to not completely rape my body. 300mg should be enough to keep gains and will allow me to use no AI (AI is bad for your heart).
