I feel that, caffeine withdraw is pretty annoying , I gave up ever trying to quit it

I got clean of it for about 10 months. Withdrawal was hell for 2 months (i was slowly quitting). Also i quitted some other times.

Caffeine is truly a drug.
Last month ive been taking caffeine just to feel alive for a bit, idk at this point I'm just desperately trying to cope

I feel that I tried quitting lots of drugs before while I can do it, its a nightmare and I see really no point to, I just use copes all day everyday now

i quitted weed and alc cus secondary effects were truly hell for me. And tolerance makes it be boring and dull so there wasn't really a point.

I'm taking caffeine to cope while i don't have tolerance, once I have it, it will be another useless cope.

Yeah I just keep a endless rotation of copes and bounce around between them, one gets moring move to the other, one drug gets boring I switch to a different one until I can bounce back to other keeps it somewhat fresh still boring as fuck but i'm just speed running my death
