It's a Visual Novel
"Journey to the East"
It begins with as someone that is nothing in the west, living a hellish life of crippling loneliness.
Then decided to go on a "Journey to the East"
Once you're there you have multiple waifus to pursue relationships with.
The game has different endings for which one you choose.
It ends with you returning to the west but with the spirit of your waifu looking down on you from the sky as the suffering begins again.
Then you look up and smile.

3/10 assuming that's all there is to it. There could be a "social" aspect where nobody wants to associate with you due to your looks/etc
And maybe some quests like "take a shower" "get a haircut" "gymcel"
But if it's just a shoot up a school simulator it's a pretty generic trash idea
