Also make sure you're eating properly, nutrient deficiencies can cause telogen effluvium which can thin hair at the temples and create the illusion of receding hairline. When I starvemaxx I find that my hairline gets a lot worse for a few weeks, make sure you eat enough micronutrients and protein.
