I don't have any beef with you brocel, but that is a bunch of fucking goyslop. I can understand being too lazy to cook, fair, eat your frozen premade food, but what you have there is 90% shitty carbs and very very little protein. I'd personally encourage you to get more ground beef and fruits. Fruits you can eat them just how they are and ground beef takes like 5 minutes to cook in a pan, throw in a microwaved "baked" potato and you're golden.
