Keep one thing in mind: If you have sex even a written agreement will not protect you because she can always say she changed her mind after initially giving consent.
Keep in mind that if the woman accuses you of rape then you are automatically going to jail even if they don't believe you are guilty. They must keep you detained while the investigation is going on (which can easily take a year +)
This means when having sex do not in any way make her angry. I.e. dont pump and dump or lie to her as it can and will get you locked up.
Women consider lying to them in order to get laid as rape and will bend the truth to deliver your punishment to you.
