If it did a woman wouldn't be able to destroy a mans life with a simple accusation. The entire argument that there's a rape culture seems to be based on the fact that some people make rape jokes and that rapes happen. If that's the case then I guess we also live in a murder culture since the same shit happens with that too.

If the Western world were a rape culture, women couldn't make a comfortable (upper) middle-class living with being a professor, journalist, "activist", author, HR assistant, etc. who speaks out against "rape culture." It's simply absurd to have big business, media, Silicon Valley, the school system, higher education, mainline religions and so one behind you and still claim to be an oppressed freedom fighter.
