But what the fuck is up with everyone (femoids esp.) being cool with the lyrical content in rap music (esp. newer eg trap shit)?! These are all the things i hear when listening to rap music. This is what is most popular among kids nowadays, tells ya alot about their parents. Not all rap is bad of course. But i noticed that some of the people i knew who liked rap music weren't very smart people...

Theres alot of rap out there that you would like if you listened to it, but you have to find it first. Thats the problem. The hard part is digging through all the garbage then finding the good ones. But theres so much garbage that the good ones are hard to find. This doesn't just go for rap, it goes for any genre.
Just gotta keep digging til ya find what ya like. My problem right now is that i find music that i like, listen to it alot then get tired of it, and try to find more music to listen to. It takes a while, but it depends on how much variety you have in your taste of music.
