I went through the redpill fase before becoming blackpilled and eventually joining the incel community. A common technique taught by coaches is eye contact. This guy I used to listen to always said that you should go for women who are giving you eye contact. With that in mind, whenever I went out, I would scan my surroundings to see if any woman was checking me out or giving me eye contact. They never even looked in my direction. They always looked straight ahead whenever they saw me walking by them. I can't believe I fell for the dating coach scam in my early 20s.
