Serious Race, Gender and IQ

I honestly thought Race, Gender and IQ was complete bullshit, now I am not so sure. I recently took a new job at a company that administers aptitude tests worldwide for tens of millions of applicants and tens of thousands of companies. I collated all the data analytics for the Pattern recognition section which has been administered over 47 million times. When it came to the top 10% of results East Asians made up 82% of the top scorers, whites made up 13%, you than has Arabs, etc. When it came to the bottom 40% they are mostly None-white or non Asian in 95% of cases. I then went further to restrict is to Western countries and made the data proportional by race, again almost the same results. When I added gender it got even more interesting, females scored dramatically lower in pattern recognition. Saying that the Asian female scored on level of the White male, while the While female scored slightly higher than the male Arab. Again you cannot conclude anything based on this still. However its pretty fucken obvious as the test has been done over 47 million times. The results are always consistent no matter how u filter it.
