Do you believe some races are more intelligent than others? If you do let me tell you this theory is totally absurd.
Some claim West/orientalist (East Asians) has higher logical thinking than Indians due to genetics reasons!!!
If one were to choose 1000 people at random from USA, UK, China, Japan and India each and ask logic questions, then results will be as.
Japan > China > UK > USA > India etc.
But reasons are NOT genetic as many morons say.
The reasons are past / present ADMINISTRATIVE procedures only.
China developed recruitment in govt services by written exams since 200 BC!! And since then, there was an emphasis on Maths / Logic subject along with other subjects. India started this recruitment in govt services by written exams system only in 1800 AD, and since day one, emphasis has been on nonsense subjects like political science, sociology etc.
Note: If you believe that political science, history, and the arts are necessary for humans, I apologize because no one can improve you.
So, a huge population of parents / students in China etc. take maths / science subjects seriously since class 1. So, their logic ability is better.
In addition, communist regimes in China, Russia, East Europe etc. did one thing far better than other countries --- vastly improve math education. That’s because communism weakened the elite men who work to weaken math’s/science education in commons by either education system itself or by promoting nonsense subjects or by promoting sports.
UK / USA had Jury System and USA further improved by Right to Recall, multi-elections, referendum. And this created NEED and OPPORTUNITY in commons to use logic. And Jury, Recall, referendum, elections created free market, which further increases NEED and OPPORTUNITY to use logic. So, brain power in USA / UK had been better than India, African, Latin countries.
Now why is brain power in UK France better than USA? Because elite men in UK, France had to create good math’s/science education to deal with threat of communist revolution and also possible attack from Russia. And they decided not to import brains. Where USA had no threat of communist revolution due to Jury, Recall, referendum, multi-elections. And so elite men instead of improving math’s / science education for commons merely imported brains.
All in all, the logical ability power of GENERAL population across world is different, but due to past / present administrative setups. Not genetics as many morons says.
