You are correct, many of then are in denial. But I also think that for some of them, they do secretly believe in the blackpill but are afraid to speak out because that subreddit is the only place that they feel comfortable sharing their loneliness in.
It sounds retarded but even for me, signing up for this site and admitting my inceldom was a big step, and I think this is the case for a lot of people. Even the most self-hating of us (including myself) have tiny shreds of pride that are lost when we finally admit to being incel. To me it feels like a lot of people on that subreddit are afraid to lose that last shred of pride. It is stupid to cling so hard onto that pride even though it hurts you to do so, but it is a common fault in humans.

Blame the cucked mods. I was on the FA discord server before and the sheer level of cuckery was amazing. There was this one guy who was just allowed to brag about his sex life and if anyone said anything about him a paranoid mod would call them an incel and ban them.

Speaking of cuckery the mod in question was a 35 year old incel in denial who kept sperging about how being a virgin who can't have sex doesn't make him an incel, and incels are just sexists.
