im pretty sure as long as you remain abstinent from porn(which isnt just literal porn. you also cant fap to images, actively think of sexual images in your head etc etc) you could fap and still reap most of the superpowers. semen retention is still important though since it clears your skin and gives you important nutrients but not as much as cutting out porn. still id just cut out PMO as a whole just to be safe. 90 days is when your brain reboots apparantly.
