Why can’t I change what my character looks like? He looks hideous. How the fuck is he supposed to complete the main quest of reproducing and finish side quests and life goals when everyone thinks he’s ugly as shit? The game is over before it even began.

If I can’t change what my character looks like, can I at least have a refund for the game because it’s garbage.
