I don't understand why public masturbation is illegal. It doesn't harm anyone as long as a man keeps to himself and doesn't harass strangers or try to involve them in his masturbation. If I took a stroll in the park, for example, and saw a man stroking his penis on a park bench it wouldn't bother me. I would just look away. It's not that difficult to ignore something and go on with your day.
If women are allowed to go out in public dressed like prostitutes and tantalize men by putting their assets on display, why are men not allowed to react to the stimuli? She can have children with multiple men and force taxpayers to raise them. She can be as hypergamous as she wants. She can leave the house half naked and then cry sexual harassment when a man stares at her or pays her a compliment. It's ridiculous.
All I'm asking for is the ability to masturbate in public. It will not harm society in any way. Meanwhile, female sexuality is greatly harming society. So let's make things just a tiny bit more equal.
