Some ways to do this include creating lots of fake profiles and sending sexually harassing messages, it's easy enough. If you know their phone number or address you can always leave sus stuff but without any definitive evidence, or use payphones to call and whisper "I'm watching you" or other shit.
Just make sure not to make it too obvious that it's you, you want plausible deniability. In some cases it might be useful to get/hire fellow brocels to do stuff (again, don't leave paper trails).
I've done all that, plus occasionally gotten 4chan trolls to raid foids I didn't like. It's also pretty easy to track foids without their knowledge if you're smart about it
Problably the most diabolical thing I did was when a foid rejected me, I used the memory of her cousin who roped herself against her, telling her how horrible she is, how she probably pushed her cousin to suicide, ofc I did this through a fake profile bc I didn't need the blowback. It's not cowardice, it's self-preservation. You can also sign foids up for spam or repeatedly send em messages telling them to cut or rope if they're vulnerable to that.
