We have a local ‘homeless’ vet who lives in high rent district downtown. He walks a few floors down from his luxury apartment with his cardboard sign and sits in a chair next to his dog and makes 200 a day. A local reporter asked him what he’s does with the money? He’s said he uses it to feed his dog. They did a background check and found out he’s was an actual vet, so they cant do anything to remove him.
