If you are worried about testosterone I would suggest simple diet changes. Unless your GP says you are deficient in testosterone, you likely have nothing to worry about. If you are really paranoid avoid dairy products (which have mammalian estrogen).

What do you think about eating twice per day instead of three times? I could stop eating lunch and saving that money to fuck prostitutes once per week instead, is it worth it? specially if I do natty weight lifting?

Due to genetics, people's caloric requirements and their gains will be different. In general, when you lift you'll need to eat excess calories or your muscles will be unable to grow. You won't be getting the full returns from your workouts if you don't eat.

Currently I eat three times a day. When I used to actually bodybuild for aesthetics and was attempting to get as large as possible I would have to eat four or five times a day to be satisfied. I was utilizing supplements like protein powder, pre-work out solution, creatine. Pretty much everything one could think of except steroids.

Personally, I am against using prostitutes/escorts. I use excess money for my copemaxxing.

If you are just starting out and it is three times a day it should be fine. You are around my height (I am 5'6''). I don't think it will be sufficient when you increase the weight as you make gains. Currently I eat various potato dishes along with homemade burgers, steaks, etc. I sometimes get protein cookies too.

I am using the 80 lb captain of crush, My dumbbell set (not pic related, the box says it's 22 KG) has a detachable barbell so I can attach the resistance bands as a means to increase the difficulty, so this plus jogging/sprinting to a calistenic park is all I am using in my training, I won't pay for a gym, instead I will use that money to minoxidilmaxx/fashionmaxx + escortmaxx.

How far can I go with this strategy?

Crunches are far superior to situps btw. They isolate your abs and don't inflict long term back damage.

I'm oldcel, so I suppose I come from the antiquated mindset of primarily sticking to the free weights for gains. Its what I have primarily done over the years. Not a fan of machines either.

Another question then, if you use the captains of crush, can you tell me what is the genetic limit of a manlet ectomorph with thin wrist like me? I have seen big guys struggle with the number 2 so maybe I shouldn't bother going beyond the 1.5?

I'm using 2.5, though I have been unable to move past it despite it being a couple of years with it. We are similar size so I suppose you should be able to work your way up to it but I cannot say so with absolute certainty. Keep in mind our regimes and even our genetics may be different.

I can't fully close it all the way. There's about a inch or so gap I can't seem to get past. That's why I said I can't move up yet.

According to my Amazon order history, 1.5 was also my first so I guess I have come a long way. I actually started because I found strengthening wrists and forearms helps you with other exercises since it provides much needed support. This is also why I began to include preacher curls in my regime.

No. I am a very simplistic man in terms of regime. When I started, I came from a culture that pedestalized free weights above all and I have more or less stuck to that. For better or worse.

It really depends on what you want. I try to strike a balance in regards to weights, but its high intensity when I do calisthenics.

High volume - more definition/endurance

High intensity - larger size/powerlifting

High volume tends to wear on you psychologically over time though. You come to procrastinate on such exercises as they will require longer time investment.

A personal rule of mine is to not exceed 10 reps in a set with weights. You will discover your own preferences as you gain experience. You learn your mistakes, take notes on the effects and eventually the process will become largely second nature. It will not be something that necessitates conscious analysis. Just be patient and consistent.

Here: lunch can be had for 5-7 euros
