So there are two groups of people of opposite sexes who are incapable of making someone of the opposite sex want to have consensual sex with them.

I disagree with this thought experiment.

First, I think even as an Incel you can reject unreasonable sex. For example, I think you can reject sex with someone who has an STD. Let's take an incurable like HIV. So let's assume that we have a guy who has HIV (due to sharing needs while using drugs, so still an incel!) and cannot get any consensual sex. He would have sex with all women but if there is at least one woman who doesn't have HIV and can only get sex with him it would IMHO not reasonable to demand her to have sex with him to not count as femcel.

Secondly, even if you discount that and think all sex is reasonable, there could be quadrileptic persons who indeed would want to have sex with everyone, but no one except other quadrileptic persons would want to have sex with them. As you need at least one non-quadrileptic person to have sex with, both are incels/femcels even though they technically would have someone willing to have sex with them as it's not physically possible.

You're right, but I think that with some general adaptations this situation explains the social dynamic why incels are more serious or predominant in men than in the opposite sex
