Before the democratization of "education" in the Western Democracy ('60s) there was a labour market that hired young individuals based on talent and potential. One could ascend and prove his worth on the job, especially in business. I believe there is nothing wrong with society demanding credentials for jobs related to STEM, Medicine, accounting/legal etc. But this shit has gone too far, especially for jobs that would not require formal education in the past.

Within business the trend of progressive credentialism aims for brainless normies who excel in memorizing and replicating useless theories of social sciences at university. No one cares anymore about talent and work ethic in corporatism, we live in a society where it's all been boiled down to standardization based on a one size fits all approach; namely formal education.

I have a BBA from college and tried 3 times in the past to make the transition to university to get a masters degree, but I had a hard time coping to absorb the mindwanking useless study material. It has gone so far that I had to take jew pills to be able to cognitively function well. The only course I really enjoyed was statistics at university which I passed with highest distinction.

University is NOT about educating an individual, especially in social scienes; it's about memorizing and replicating mindless study material which brainless normies and mostly foids have no problem doing. For any based gentleman, formal education within social sciences is a hellhole; you are simply to good in critical thinking to cope with this shit. This phenomena of progressive credentialism eventually leads to inceldom as clever thinking males are ruled out to ascend in the workforce and social life.

My aim with this post was not necessarily to embed lookism, but rather to point out that progressive credentialism contributes to inceldom as it prohibits individuals to ascend in life for themselves and indulge in escortmaxxing for instance or retire and wife up a third world country foid.

I think the culture that allows progressive credentialism definitively creates more problems for individual people.

University wasn't always a vocational program, but it is now. Effectively gaining a license at a specific skill allowing you to take work in that skill was originally given only to slaves back in ancient Rome.

I work in STEM in a corporate environment; I see the propaganda daily.
