Feeling entitled to a good fulfilling existence just because we have needs is how weak, incompetent, and dysfunctional subhumans have overpopulated this planet and put us on the path to irredeemable degradation and ruin. During hunter-gatherer times and even for most of our history of civilization, nature maintained the fitness and strength of our populations through trying periods of war, famine, disease, and death which killed off those who couldn't adapt.

However, once we became sheltered from those natural population controls due to advent of farming advances, refrigeration, grocery stores, housing and sanitation improvements, weak incompetent subhumans who would've otherwise died out, now had the chance to pass on their bad genetic material onto their offspring which polluted and desecrated our genepool. It is no wonder we have so many incels, NEETs, mentally ill LGBT mutant freaks, bipolar feminist whores, addicts, chronically ill scum, and predatorial low IQ negros, all of whom are on welfare of some kind. We've gone against nature's eugenics based order to create an immoral utopia with comforts that have wrecked the physiological strengths we earned during tough times, and now we are paying the price with our unsustainably weak biology and undignified living through loneliness, sickness and oppression. The only way out of this is a mass eugenics campaign built upon sterilization and euthanasia.

We broke nature

mass eugenics campaign built upon sterilization and euthanasia.
That would go against nature as well. WW3 would be a more natural way. And after that, just pure capitalism without any welfare programs. And in the best case scenario, deindustrialization like Ted Kazinski wanted.

Just abandon our humanity theory

No it wouldn't because nature is built upon eugenics.
But the natural eugenics are through starvation, diseases or fights with animals and other humans.
