Most K-12 systems don't prepare you for that exam. You need to take additional instruction for that. There's all kinds of calculus, algebra, probability, and combinatorics in there that are way beyond what you would expect in most school systems.
Indeed, but why school systems don't offer a special course (mainly focused on STEM) for students that want to try IIT JEE? Given that's one of the biggest entrace exams in India
