Got an alert the other day that prices were expected to rise by .40 gallon.
Fuel map shows a pretty large gap in prices the lowest one there makes me question this whole thing.
If cost is that expensive how can you sell so cheap?
Freight rates bad.
Seen as low as a 1.50 very little above 3 mostly short 500 mile runs paying 3+.
Not usually worth it unless can do multiple in a day but if it takes 4 hours to load 2 to unload I don’t see the point unless it’s a reliable daily run.
Crude fell last two days yet prices continue to rise.
Parents home heating oil jumped up over a dollar overnight yet the provider is selling oil they bought months ago at much lower prices.
Seems like the large companies get to charge what they please and I’m suppose to grin and bear it while trying to break even.
Worse part is the bragging few months they’ll all be on tv bragging about profits.
If costs are truly going up profits shouldn’t also go up two or threefold, they should stay the same or go down.
