Biden is back at it again!

So Biden came here to NY today and met with the new NYC mayor Adams and the Governor Holchul. Adams is a former cop btw. They discussed many things but a key topic was gun violence and policing.



Under Trump’s presidency, police funding was at 160 million tops. To give even more credit to Trump, under his presidency, his administration proposed to cut back on police funding (but this didn’t happen). Under Biden’s presidency, he wants it to be at nearly 400 million so they can implement “community policing” and “police training” and a load of all other bullshit.

Can someone give me a good reason why the police need a fucking tank? Seriously why is the US police stronger than some countries’ militaries??? If they want to fix gun violence in these shitty ass neighborhoods why not invest some of that money into, say, the public schools that are there? Or how about universal healthcare like a bunch of the other developed countries have??? Or at the very least more beds and respirators in hospitals, what the fuck man?
