just be lean, you don't need muscles to attract bitches so you need something that lower your body fat without building a ton of unessissary muscles. just do calisthenics and some cardio 4 or 5 times a week and you will be ok.
it's worthy to note that bodybuilding and power lifting is a way better cope.

I think for attracting foids it's good to have some amount of upper body muscle mass like arms and chest. And you don't wanna have a flabby belly or back either. But don't gotta be ripped. So I guess this falls under bodybuilding.

Body building ain't gonna change your face nor your height.

But with powerlifting you can be stronger so you can beat the shit out of normies, chadlites and foids(self defence of course).

If you're a cumskin or nig, than you have good genetic potential for it.

On average Asians have the second lowest lean muscle mass followed by South Asians(Pakistani,Indians,Sri-lankans etc). Some Asians do have great functional strength but when comes to raw strength whites and blacks perform the best.

There are asian powerlifting winners but they are training for years and are heavily steroidmaxxed. Exception doesn't change the fact.
 
just do regular lifts. the distinction between powerlifting and bodybuilding and which path you want to go down only comes into play after youre at a decent all around fitness level.

interesting because im vietnamese and im naturally jacked asf and strong too and strength mog all my white and black classmates... weird thing is i dont go gym but they do
