I actually think that restricting men up to a certain age from dating would actually be beneficial to society.
There is a disproportionate amount of heterosexual men compared to heterosexual women, since more men are being born, and women are a little more likely to be lesbians. To combat this disproportion we could make it illegal for men up to a certain age, but not women, so that there would be the same or more women who are heterosexual than men. Its pretty much only beneficial.
Its not like being able to lose virginity at 13-17yo is somehow a human right, and that we shoud fight for young men to get even more pussy when they are young chads. Its much more important for 25+yo guy who would never otherwise be a virgin to not be one and have a loving wife, meanwhile a chad who would fuck at 14 could just wait till like 25
