Three times strengthgain compared to the control group, almost as good as normal roids, no sideeffects.

I heard it is already in use in Russia as a natural method for some time now?

Anyone who knows someone using it or read about it?

Perfomance enhancement includes necessarily visual muscle gain as well, right?

Results of recent studies suggested that their anabolic effect is mediated by estrogen receptor (ER) binding.
Ecdysterone has been demonstrated to increase protein synthesis in skeletal muscle
Lifefuel for soycels.

These things always end up having bad side effects in the long run. There is no such thing as a free meal.

no sideeffects.

Yet.

Lifefuel for soycels.

I care nothing for gymcelling, but if this thing proves to be side effect free or has benign side effects, I'd actually consider building muscle

This is one thread in which I am hoping to see an update

These bug steroids have been around for a long time but I heard don’t do shit.

Maybe this plays a reason. Doubt WADA would make their results up.

These low qualitiy products are just to expensive and to hard to dose for my taste. Over.

Maybe one could get hold of this plant to circumvent the problem. Seems like this is, what the Russians use.

Overal it seems really safe. If I had a good source, I would try it.

BTW I found the full study for free: https://www.researchgate.net/public..._by_ecdysterone_supplementation_in_humans#pfa
