LDAR Posting images isn't working

Everytime I try to post an image it glitches and says this isn't possible. Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty?

I get somthing simuler too, tried posting pics on threads back then, but never works. Granted I only use my phone on this site. Never went here on computer.
