I have an overbite, and I think I have a recessed chin, but I always grow a shitty beard over it so I don't have to see it.
It's so funny: people say I should shave my beard because it's all patchy and shit, and then if I go clean shaven they recommend I grow a beard! I think if I had a choice, my first surgery would be to get my teeth/jaw properly aligned. It wouldn't be a huge change, but as we know, beauty vs ugliness is often a matter of millimeters.
I may try the minox topical ointment to fill out my beard, I haven't decided yet.

My jaw is tiny. My teeth and tongue don't even fit in. I was an extreme moutbreather from my teens on due to allergies and my docs were shit.
I probably need SARPE, SARME, Lefort 1/2, BSSO and jawline implant.
