I went to college at 18 but dropped out recently
I had problems adopting to new the environment , couldn't make any friends, became a loner. Devloped severe social anxiety, as a result stopped attending classes. Considerd dropping out of college ( already dropped out from a previous college), but was forced to endure it. My whole life went to shit.

It is old lol. Went to college in 2020 to 2024. First 3 semesters were online due to Covid. The other 3 i had with my peers was boring as fuck. Nobody really got to know each other because half of the regular study time was over. Everyone knew they wouldnt really see each other again after the regular study. I was 7th semester since i needed to redo some exams and never heard or seen any of them again. Our WhatsApp groupchat is dead.
Everyone already said Goodbye to each other lmao.
We were only dudes, one guy was in a relationship with a girl 800 km away. The two LTN Beckies had boyfriends outside.
Other classes were usually the same, either people already had a "Group" or were loners.
The most brutal honestly was the difference in income class. We had dudes that were practically homeless and needed to do subhuman jobs on the sideline and then other dudes who came from millionaire class families that always dis expensive vacations and talked like they were the hottest shit in the block. Usually they were HTN.
Jup. Corona + College years fucked me over like nothing else.

I went to night school to learn welding. Much easier. Everyone is there to get in and get out. Half of the class is 30-50 years old and just there to learn welding to level up their career or change careers entirely. Straight to the point.
None of this fucking around bullshit garbage. 90% male in the class. There's also other trades offered like hvac, automotive, carpentry, electrician, etc. That you can do in the night school.

To give you more informed consent, all trades jobs can be physically dangerous. That's why there was 1 whole class dedicated to safety that you MUST get at least 90% to pass that particular class because it's obviously serious injury or death should you screw up on safety on the job

Believe me when I tell you this: College is NOT what it used to be and not just generally i mean when it comes to relationships.
Most college girls have a Highschool or Online Relationship. There is no general place were the rate of how heterosexual couples meet is falling at an increasing rate like university and college.
In 2020 - when Corona happened - only 4% of males and females coupled up over College, now you might say but the schools are open again, well but the rate has deminished in 4 years exponentionally. College is the origin of only a megere 0.5% of long term relationships.
Even when it comes to general friendships, the friendships of College students usually ends with gratuation or shortly after.
Not to long ago ive read a study of 100.000 participants who went to college and gratuated and only 0.2% of those said that they still have direct contact with people from college. So only 200 people for every 100.000 college students in the USA will have some form of relationship after finishing their degree.

When I was on college everyone was only speaking about Exams and projects. Nothing else. Nobody had anything to say that wasnt about college or career. It was shallow as fuck.
