In my defense, I take it show it to my parents and family members out of state. Mainly grandma. Haha

Almond flour zucchini bread. It’s not bad, though I could make some improvements with it not rising.

Don’t sweat it man, if you’re up to it, you can practice. I used to have to use recipes, and I still do for some of them. And sometimes they come out shit, other times, it comes out good. I’d say the one I struggled at most is almond flour pancakes. They usually never come out right. Granted, it takes influence. Like I had with grandma, my aunt, and now my mom.

Interesting thread tbh. I am incompetent at cooking, never really did it til I was about 24. I just eat simple things like toast, fruits and vegetables, nuts (no homo), cheese, etc. I can cook a mean steak, but that's about it
