-Make interviews completely anonymous and not in person
-Each employee gets a randomized swrial number or nickname, only known to them and the randomizer machine. this nickname is uswd to sign their work so bosses will be assigning tasks to x serial number instead of the person. Employees are not to reveal their nickname or their taks to anyone, even the bosses.
-Nickname/serial is only to be revealed if an employee is fired or promoted. If an employee is promoted, a new anonymous randomized number is assigned to him in his new position (because the bosses had to know who he is from his former number to be promoted).
There, here you have a way to rate work and productivity in a fair, efficient and non skewed objective way.
A problem would be how to tackle group projects but I guess that projects would be signed with the ida without each other seeing ids whicy they dont own.
Another posaible problem would be excesqive secretism around tasks and work but I dunno. Trying this model wouldnt hurt.
