Most of any establishments are going to have your regular frontline people before it starts to go up to supervisorsy/administrations.
And these positions extend outward to even outside of work.
This includes social media, church, school, etc. There's always a hierarchy in any place you go to.
The best position is to always have a manager role that overlooks/internal review for discipline.

I noticed that when I started my job with an HR like position where I can manage accounts as an admin that I got pleasure from being able to be in control of people. Granted, I have superiors who can spell my demise, but the mere thought that I can inconvenience people and make their day worse if they made me mad is the best dopamine cope.
ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU GET ALCOHOL.
When you're drunk, you can literally do whatever you want and not get in trouble for it.
There was once a time where I was on a forum where a mopper got drunk and just started mopping people up cause he thought it was funny.
Whenever you're able to do that at work and just fire or sentence pay forfeiture to people below you because it's funny when you are drunk is how you know you have a good cope.
but unfortunately, not many of us incels make it to positions of power like that unless you exploit a job where you aren't seen and is purely online and you can charisamaxx.
I have been looking for discord servers where i can charisamaxx so i can get a mopper position just to get drunk and start banning people kek.
