That's essential to his boomer tradcon worldview. The way he sees it, women are the prize, and men compete for them. Therefore, women can't really be "faulty", because nobody would yearn for a shit prize, while men simply must be responsible and at fault for all of their disadvantages, because if they aren't, then they didn't have an equal chance meaning that the competition between them was never really a competiton in the first place.

Reminder that this guy has lectures where he's claiming that he had gotten minority men and women to start outearning white men (AKA what leftists salivate over) in months just after giving them therapies where he told them to stop feeling like victims and be assertive.
