Poor people in modern metropolitan areas are a sight to behold, ESPECIALLY the ones that are obviously very low IQ and walking around with their low IQ partners and kids. Their vacant gazes, drawling retarded-sounding speech and completely inane conversations with very low level vocabulary even for small talk are all dead giveaways that they are fucking retarded. Their ragged, dirty t shirts with pop culture and brand logos on them sitting on their stomachs and man tits like a table cloth on the corners of a table, their greasy hair, their unkempt teeth that even after the introduction of toxic chemicals into the water supply and 18 years of free government dental care continue to rot on owners in their early twenties, their tendency to wear cheap but shiny-looking chains, hats and sunglasses, and the aura of inebriation on pot or alcohol that they constantly give off all show that they are not capable of appreciating anything that does not give them base-level instant gratification, that they cannot plan for the future and that they aren't even capable of caring enough about the future to plan for it anyway.

Why do these people exist? It seems very clear - industrial society has not been around long enough for these people to have been weeded out yet, even under a regime that would actually bother to do so. You can teach a higher-end retard with down syndrome to use a fishing net or a plough, I seriously doubt people would have to have been that intelligent to survive for most of recorded history. Some argue that industrialisation has made things even worse by getting these people through childbirth, drought and famine, and honestly it seems like some real dysgenic shit is definitely going on. These people are human washboards built for another time, being the result of genes which passed through another time with no issues, but are allowed to exist by the easiness of modern life. They are like those unhealthy-looking pidgeons that congregate around outdoor food courts in cities and subsist parasitically on a system created by things more genetically fortunate than them.
Maybe it's idealistic and the civilisations that actually tried to improve human beings like the Greeks did, manorial Europe unintentionally did, the Germans did until 1945 and even the Anglo-Saxon world did before the early-mid 20th century won't appear or do that for the forseeable future, but I really wish something could be done about this human refuse. People who cannot plan in the long term and will never change should not be handed preserved food and water that comes out of a tap every day of the year so they can continue multiplying and polluting their surroundings. The underclass should either have their unfortunate genetic experiment ended by some benevolent entity or be forced out of environments that enable them to be sad, ugly, drugged-out caricatures of what they once were and into an agrarian environment where they can once again serve as what they were meant to be.
I don't get off on being better than them, I'm not brilliant and I would hope that my descendants would end up being to me what I am to these subhumans, but I'd like to think that despite being sexually dead I can at least hope for incremental improvement into the future while these brainlets cannot comprehend next week.
