I would pick the loving family provided that its household income surpasses the equivalent of $80k USD a year and we're living somewhere with decent schools.

Orphans can darktriadmaxx easier and coupled with the optimal height can easily live a life that can substitute having parents. Loving parents can also mean they are overprotective of you, leading to lesser social skills and a more sheltered existence that can really hurt your chances with foids.
Being under 6' means you're dead already. You're literally not alive. Option 1 is the only option.
