Long explanation, sorry if too long, i'm longexplanationcel. 
As the question says, let me elab:
1) 3/10 uggocel is the guy who has a few significant, very unattractive traits, like giant nose + norwooding + recessed chin, but besides it he is normal or has minor but not significant mental health issues, capable of work and family bearing. He is just a modern hypergamy and cuckoldry enforcement victim, back in the old days he would easily get a looksmatch, but now in the West he is truly DOOMED. BUT there are still some tiny, dying-out, traditional EE communities ( like eastern polish villages, in which this guy still has a chance of getting a looksmatch ( the people ((and young girls especially)) didn't till now had " chance" to get to know the " great West and its gifts" ) . So basically - modern society is repulsed by him, nevertheless still has a tiny chance, that is becoming smaller and smaller every year.
2) 6/10 mentalcel - in looks slighty above average, looks normie, no1 is repulsed by him, he doesn't draw too much attenation by his looks alone, has some minor bad traits or just one bigger. BUT he has some serious, making-life-miserable mental health issues, that can be ( but not necessarily) connected with women. It can be autism, that makes forming usual human bonding almost impossible, which causes this person, hatred loneliness, etc OR severe social anxiety, may be genetic, may be caused by mean human trashes who bullied this guy OR any kind of phobia OR just blackpill overdose that is brutally tearing you of sweet delusion and force to see foids&co with their true colors. This guy is uncapable of forming normal family and get high paying jobs or it's very difficult to him.
to me - 6/10 mentalcel has it worse. Please share your point of view.
