Yes before puberty, nobody could be ripped then so bodygame had 0 effect on me and I had a cute nose as well

Then around when I turned 11 or so everything started going downhill, I grew a huge nose, my skull grew as well deforming itself, my jaw though refused to grow and I became taller without putting on any weight, turning into a lanky skelly awkward teenager

Not really. I was pretty much fine besides a bowl cut and being less than 5'0, however nobody ever called me cute or anything. After puberty I realized how fucked my features were and how mogged I was compared to the other teens.
