The worst cucks are the ones that don't know they are cucks while they ruin gender dynamics for the rest of us. Fetishcucks are the lesser evil since they are self aware, but they should still be roped. You don't get a free pass just by claiming something is your fetish, as if that meant it was completely disconnected from the rest of your personality.
This is a good discussion to have. Obviously we know that there is a very thin line between certain fetishes and mental illness. It goes without saying, a fetish stops being a fetish once it starts interfering with someone's everyday life.

Another example would be transgenderism. We could consider transgenderism an evolved form of a crossdressing fetish.
