A incel can get compliments from girls, especially in a past long gone, this does not invalidate his experience because at the end he is a incel if he is not the one spending his night banging a girl in her prime/peak or anything of that nature. A incel can get compliments and still be validated his loneliness and suffering, receiving girls complimenting your looks does not mean the user is a fakecel, he might as well receive or has received compliments but not actually got anything that really matters at all (even if, for a example, a incel never got called ugly by any girl in his life, he is still a incel, negative experiences comes from other forms too, even if in the past he had a lot of girls wanting him and he wasted the opportunity, which happens).
