I would say that poles hate more russia, but at same time ukraine and germany got negative opinions from polish normies too.
 
Personally i'm not part of polish society due to being a autistic social outcast, glad that you aren't tribalistic like many normies from all over world ( poles russians american chinks meds dindus jeets etc )_

I can understand the Poles' hatred of the Germans, but is the hatred of Ukraine caused by the uprising of Bohdan Khmelnytsky against the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth? Or the actions of Bandera and the massacre in Volhynia ?
 
Germany more so because we had wars with them for longer and Germany has done more damage to Poland historically speaking

I think you need to go back to Ancient Rome to work this out. The book, A Short History of Germany explores these ideas.
