Who knows but it would make sense since broader shoulders then. I hate the fact I am strong but have normal shoulders. That's why some faggot that never trained can have just wider skeleton and "look" stronger than I do. I AM 120 KG and no one can tell.

So can you use it? Yes and no. They are PRAISED for doing what they do. Do you understand? For the way they behave to deal with citizens they get paid and social status in the group.
